Visitors can study an oversized model of a blood glucose measuring device to see how it works; this is a technology that helps patients with diabetes, a very common condition, to cope better with everyday life.

But it is not just the major, life-threatening diseases that impair people’s lives. The exhibition room also explains, for example, the structure of the skin, what impact minor injuries have, and how this organ regenerates itself.
