Two billion people do not have access to clean drinking water. How can we help these people? Every 30 seconds, a child in Africa dies of malaria. What can industry do to fight this problem? Within one year, a billion trees are to be planted worldwide. What is Bayer’s contribution to this endeavor?

The company supports more than 300 projects within the context of its corporate social responsibility activities. Each year, Bayer makes available EUR 50 million for this purpose – for education and research, the environment and nature, health care and social projects, sports and culture. These efforts are reflected in sustainable projects and timely assistance, because they are an integral element of a corporate culture that has a long tradition
