Arriving by car
A3 motorway
Take the exit marked "Leverkusen"
Turn onto the Willy-Brandt-Ring, signposted Leverkusen Zentrum
At the next T-junction, turn left into the Friedrich-Ebert-Str.
At the next junction, turn right into the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Allee
Now follow the signs for "BayKomm"
Please use the Route Planner to generate a detailed route description and calculate the travel time/distance.

Arriving by bus and train
Bayer's Communication Center is well served by public transportation. Frequent train services connect with buses that take you right to the Communication Center.
Local train (S-Bahn) to "Bayerwerk" station:
Local trains run every 20 minutes in the week and every 30 minutes at weekends.
From Cologne:
Line S6 towards Essen
From Düsseldorf:
Line S6 towards Cologne
Take one of the following bus routes: 201/233/255 to the stop marked "Bayer-Werk / Tor 2". Walk back from the bus stop, and the Communication Center is behind the high-rise building. Buses run every 10 minutes from Monday to Friday, every 30 minutes on Saturdays and once an hour on Sundays.
Train to Leverkusen-Mitte:
"Regionalexpress" trains between Aachen and Hamm and between Koblenz and Wesel stop at Leverkusen-Mitte. They run once an hour, seven days a week.
From Cologne:
RE1 Aachen – Hamm (towards Hamm)
RE11 Koblenz – Wesel (towards Wesel)
From Düsseldorf:
RE1 Hamm – Aachen (towards Aachen)
RE11 Wesel – Koblenz (towards Koblenz)
Bus from Leverkusen-Mitte to Bayer:
Bus routes: 201/233/255
Bus stop: Bayer-Werk/Tor 2
When you leave Leverkusen-Mitte station, cross the road to the bus station (Busbahnhof). The buses to Bayer leave from the platform at right closest to the rail station. Buses run every ten minutes on weekdays and every half-hour at the weekend. Exit the bus at the stop marked "Bayer-Werk/Tor 2". Follow the road in the direction taken by the bus and cross to the Communication Center.
