Is there a free wardrobe?

Yes, you can hang your jackets and bags at the free cloakroom. Alternatively, you can also use one of our lockers. For this you need a 1-euro or a 50-cent coin. You will get these back when finished with the locker.

What is not allowed in the exhibition area?

Please put winter coats and jackets, as well as bulky items, backpacks and the like in the free cloakroom. You can take light summer and windbreakers, as well as walking aids into the exhibition area. When in doubt, ask the supervisor.

Can I take pictures and film at Baykomm?

Photographing and filming are allowed in the showrooms for private use, but without flash, lights, tripod or selfie sticks. Be aware of the copyright and owner rights. Copyright must be observed. In certain cases (e.g. personal and property protection), photography and filming for private purposes may in some cases also be prohibited. When in doubt, the supervisor decides. Photographing and filming for commercial purposes or for publication will be examined on a case-by-case basis and can be permitted with the approval of Baykomm Manager. Is there a WiFi in Baykomm?

Yes, there is free WiFi.

How can I participate in a guided tour?

During a guided tour, a group of visitors is guided through the exhibition area by a guide. Guided tours can be booked free of charge!

May I eat food and drinks at the exhibition?

The consumption of food and drinks is allowed in the foyer and Bistro, but not in the exhibition area.

Is Baykomm wheelchair friendly?

The exhibition and the function rooms of the Baykomm are largely accessible by wheelchair.

Are animals allowed in the exhibition?

No, animals are not allowed in the exhibition area.

May I smoke in the building?

No, there is a general ban on smoking within Baykomm.

How far is the S-Bahn?

The Baykomm is a good 15-minute walk through the CD Park.

Can I take roller skates, in-line skates or skateboards with me to Baykomm?

For reasons of safety for other visitors, as well as the objects, the use of roller skates, in-line skates and skateboards in Baykomm is not allowed.
